An Update to our Toner Recycling Program
As of May 30, Kyocera will be transitioning its ECO footPRINTTM program to a new recycling solution provided through our trusted partner, RecyclingKits.com.TM
What's Changing:
- Recycling services will now be fulfilled through RecyclingKits.comTM
- The program will move to a shared-cost model, with Kyocera covering 50% of the program cost
- Use code Kyocera50 at checkout to receive your discount
- Dealers will pay a flat rate at checkout through the vendor portal

HOW IT WORKS
1: LOG IN
At the top right of the page, log into your ECO footPRINT account, using the provided Customer ID and the zip code for that associated ship-to address. |
2: ORDER
Under the Orders tab, select Place Order and select the number of kits you’d like to order. There are 3 boxes per kit, and you may order a maximum of 5 kits per month. Send single boxes to customers with fewer devices, or provide several to customers with multiple locations. |

3: ADD CUSTOMER NAME
Add your customer’s name to the order when ordering your kits, and you’ll be able to track how much your customers are recycling in the Reports section of your account. |

4: DELIVER
Get some face-time with your customers and drop off the ECO footPRINT boxes in person. Help your customer assemble the box and place it in an accessible location. |

Your customers now have a simple way of recycling, at no cost to them, or to you! It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us uphold a fundamental Kyocera commitment to working in harmony with our environment.

TRACK THE PROCESS
Interested in who’s recycling and how often? Make sure you fill in the optional field for your customer’s name for each box when ordering your kits. This allows Close the Loop to track and share their recycling activities with you, so you can congratulate customers on what a great job they’re doing! Check the activity by going to the Reports section of your account.
PROGRAM DETAILS
- You must be an authorized dealer within the 50 states of Kyocera products to create an ECO footPRINT account and order box kits.

Kyocera Distributors are not eligible to participate in this program.

Customers must contact their authorized dealer.

You must create separate ECO footPRINT accounts for each of your authorized ship-to locations to receive the box kits at those locations.

The ship-to address used to create an ECO footPRINT account MUST match an authorized ship-to address associated with your Regular Dealer Account Number. Drop shipping of recycling kits to customer locations is not permitted.

Sign into the portal using your ECO footPRINT Customer ID and Zip Code associated with the ship-to address for that account.

Orders can be placed online or over the phone. Please have your Regular Dealer Account Number, ECO footPRINT Customer ID and zip code for the associated authorized ship-to address ready when placing an order. Orders cannot be placed without this information.

1 box kit contains 3 recycling boxes affixed with pre-paid courier labels, 3 plastic liners, and 3 zip ties.

Limit 5 kits per month, per authorized dealership to location.

Each box holds approximately 10-15 toner containers, depending on the model.

Notify your customers that there is apre-paid shipping label attached to the box. Once the box is full, your customer can contact the courier for pickup. Of course, if your customer has a regular pickup with that courier, they can give the filled box to their driver.

Kyocera’s ECO footPRINT Toner Recycle Program is ONLY for Kyocera Toner Cartridges and Waste Containers. If other manufacturers toner cartridges are included in the returned toner kits, that customer will no longer be eligible to participate in the program.
